However, damage can still occur due to transit, wear and tear, or a manufacturing fault.

We strongly recommend performing a waterproof test before placing your phone inside: submerge the empty case (no phone) in water for a reasonable time and depth, then check for any moisture inside.

Do not use this product on high-speed watercraft (such as jet skis).

Please follow the installation instructions carefully. If the case is not installed and sealed correctly, water ingress may occur. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or lack of maintenance (including seals/gaskets) is not covered.

If the case is dropped, inspect it for cracks or seal damage and repeat the waterproof test before using it again.

This case is designed to reduce the risk of damage, but it cannot guarantee your device will not be damaged in all situations. Our warranty does not cover the replacement cost of any electronic device or personal property.
